Financial health coaching is a service that helps people improve their financial well-being by teaching them money management skills and helping them develop healthy financial habits. A financial coach can help you understand your spending patterns, create a budget, set financial goals, and overcome emotional or behavioral challenges related to money.

First schedule a Discovery call with me to discuss your areas of concern, your goals and what you hope to achieve from coaching. Any program can be customized based on your needs.
We will schedule a Financial Blueprint session which can take a couple of hours to see where you are financially and develop a more realistic expectation for your goals. This will require some prep work on you part to be submitted 3 days before the session. Completing it ahead of time will allow us both to be ready and make the best use of our time together.
After this session, we discuss next steps and see what fits best for you.
Coaching programs are client driven and we are there to educate you, partner with you and hold you accountable. How long a program you need will depend on your goals and your ability to meet those goals. Contracts start at 6 months and can always be renewed. Six months allows for adaptability on changes in seasons and circumstances.
